The staff was absolutely marvelous, the location excellent, the room was surprisingly large, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathroom very nice. The Kiev hotel seems to be newly renovated. I have traveled to Kiev many times and this was the best choice for lodging by far. Again, the staff was amazing and spoke good English for the most part and when they didn't, they tried fruitlessly to explain in Russian. The manager chased me down the street to tell me that the better taxi had finally arrived! I highly recommend this Kiev apartments and don't think twice about it.

The apartment in Kyiv was very clean, much space in flat, good equipment at an affordable price, personnel available inside the building. In this Kyiv apartment everything was perfect.

I stayed in several of the apartments and the places is always meets the expectations and exceeds them. Sergey is extremely helpful. and the staff is very good, they do get out of their way to help and make your stay comfortable. I don't think I would ever be looking for another place to stay in Kiev, this place can't be beat.
Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Comfortable and spacious Kiev accommodation. Very fully equipped. Quiet and restful. Free WiFi.

Nice Kiev hotel in the city center. The apartments all have a mini-kitchen, dishes, iron and board in order to iron, washing machine, refrigerator and so on. very comfortable in the room. free wi-fi. staff polite and helpful. recommend this hotel. We loved it.
