The hotels location is excellent. The booking was easy and all my questions to the hotel representative were addressed promptly. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The apartments in Kiev are 2-3 min walk from Independence square. Close to shops, minimarket, metro and all the attractions of Kiev. The hotel offer parking. The room was just as promised. The stuff from front desk, concierge to cleaning lady was nice, informative and cooperative. Overall I can say that I do not need to search again for hotel in Kiev.
Good hotel in Kiev, in the city center. I liked almost everything, in the room was very warm, great mattresses, large TV, Wi-Fi, a lot of equipment, the ice was waiting for us in the freezer.
